The villa Kedros provides all the modern facilities combined with a simple décor, layout and style, which ensures a warm, relaxing atmosphere.
The facilities include a fully – equipped kitchen, dining room with a comfortable sofa in earthy tones beside a cozy fireplace for cold winter nights, T.V. and air conditioning.
The villa has 2 bedrooms. The first one has a double bed and the other has with 2 single beds.
Furthermore there are 2 bathrooms with a shower, washing machine and iron.
Convenient private parking is also provided.
Villa Kedros is the perfect setting to enjoy a wonderful stay in the picturesque village of Kalamaki.
The detached villa (82 square metres) is a small walk of 250 metres away from the beach of Kalamaki.
It is surrounded by a private garden (400 sqm), the main attraction of which is a Cedrus tree dating back 200 years, which will provide you with shade during the hot days of our lovely Greek summer. New is the sofa at the edge of the garden.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Garten. Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ungefähr 5 Gehminuten zum Strand. Auch der Ort Kalamaki bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Zahlreiche sehr nette Tavernen vorhanden, teilweise mit tollem Blick aufs Meer.Absolut empfehlenswert. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die sehr herzliche und tolle Unterstützung von Marina und Nadine. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub ! Vielen Dank nochmals dafür, wir kommen wieder!

Wij hebben genoten van het vakantiehuis. Het lag heerlijk rustig en toch dicht bij het plaatsje en de zee. De eigenaresse was heel aardig. We kwamen laat aan en zij kocht voor ons de eerste noodzakelijke boodschappen. Het huis zag er mooi ruim en schoon uit. Fijne bedden. De hardloopband in de woonkamer Vonden we wat minder, maar verder kunnen we alleen maar positief zijn. De tuin is mooi groot en op ieder moment van de dag kun je er een plek in de zon of schaduw vinden. We vinden dit het zeker een aanrader

An excellent villa, equipped with everything that one could need during the holiday! Marine is a very nice person, she is always ready to help in any matter. It was really very comfortable and relax stay! We enjoyed it do much!
