The first apartment is named Giovanni and has as eye catcher the old tiles with drawings.

With his 50 square meters it is a comfortable apartment, an amicable place to disconnect. You enter the open plan kitchen – living area which includes all you need to cook during your vacation: cooker, oven, coffee machine … In addition it has a dining table for 4 and it is air-conditioned. From the kitchen you have access to the private patio, balcony. The bedroom is situated on the same level and has immediately access to the bathroom. The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate easily up to 4 persons. There are 2 single beds in the master bedroom and the cozy couch can be transformed to a comfortable double bed.
