Villa Sunhill is a large house (200 sqm) which can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa has been built into three levels (basement, ground floor and first floor). It is elevated from the road, this way offering unique views of the surrounding area and the sea from the balconies.

The dominant elements throughout the villa are wood and stone and even outside, which overlook both the sea and the White Mountains, thus creating good energy and giving the feeling of a hug.
It is an ideal place for groups, families and couples.

As you enter the gate, which has been made with small chestnut logs, on our right hand side is a small courtyard with trees and flowers, and also coffee tables for relaxation.

The entire exterior is made of stone collected from this region. On our left, walking up the stairs, is a pergola covered in green which offers a cool area during the warm summer. In this area, there is a barbecue, tables, benches and two hammocks for relaxing.

Moving on, to your right and left are beautiful flower beds with herbs and trees. And just to your left, you come across a lemon tree, just outside the entrance of the house. To your right is another small yard full of trees and flowers and another sitting area.

Further on and within the trees there is a stone fountain with a shower. The whole environment of the villa refers to other nostalgic times.

Coming in from the main entrance a single area extends in front of us with a living room and fireplace, a separate dining corner and kitchen. From the main area, you have access to a balcony (west) with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the White Mountains. On the same floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. The entire house is paved with old cut marbles in beautiful orange color that creates a sense of warmth and relaxation, as are the bathrooms as well.

The bedrooms have wood flooring of cypress, and the ceilings are made with traditional way of cypress trunks. You will feel the energy and the feeling you get from natural materials makes the difference.

A staircase leads to the second level where there are 3 separate bedrooms and a bathroom. On this floor is the second bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony (east). The third bedroom has a single bed and a balcony overlooking the northwestern sea, a loft with a single bed facing another east balcony which overlooks the sea. There is another bedroom with two single beds with access to the northwest balcony which also overlooks the sea. All bedrooms are well presented and have wardrobes and bedside tables. The bathroom is large with plenty of cupboards, two sinks and bidet.

The garage is next to the entrance of the house with access to the road and with automatic rolling closure.

Please Note:
At this point in time, the villa is offered for rent with only the 2 levels (as the basement is available to the owner or for storage of things).

The minimum stay is set at 7 days.

Prices include cleaning and linen change 2 times a week, water, electricity and air conditioning.
